Spend the night in the 18th century! Over the last 20 years, the Hobbses have assembled a collection of 14 pre-1840 buildings, restored them and furnished them with period antiques and reproductions made by Ben Hobbs. A fine dining restaurant is one of the buildings. Four houses are ready for guests. See beechtreeinn.net for more information. Week long furniture making classes are available on site. Build a pencil post bed, bedside table, dove-tailed blanket chest or a Chippendale chair and take it home at the end of the week. |
