Air it Out! A tip from the Pro
If you tend to hit pop-ups off the tee, work on your practice swing. Many golfers make steep rehearsal swings, often taking a divot. Then they swing under the ball and pop it up. Here's an easy fix. On your practice swing, hover the clubhead and swing several inches above the ground. This move flattens your swing plane and promotes an inside out swing path through the hitting area. This drill will help you make firm contact and launch a strong, penetrating drive.
