 Hotel-Restaurant Gr?ner Baum Hotel
Our hotel, with its restaurant, its cosy bistro, and 2 sunny terraces with seating for more than 70 people, is in the heart of the mediaeval town of Bad Waldsee, and right in the centre of the old part of the town, yet only 30 metres from the town lake. Swabian cookery is very important to our chef, but he also prepares regional, international and vegetarian dishes for you. The best memories are those of pleasant hours shared with others in a room with the careful or muted colours of a restful place. In keeping with the name of the hotel (The Green Tree), we have some so-called Tree Rooms, which are rooms decorated around a spezial theme (eg the Rose Room or the Baroque Room) and also some more exclusive newly-built Tree-top Rooms. Our hotel is a place for romantics, and ensures peace and harmony. Everywhere you will sence the idyllic Mediterranean atmosphere, for example on our Malt House Terrace. All the 22 rooms are equipped with WC, shower or bath, hair-drier, Cable TV, ISDN direct dialling telephone, mini bar, and in some cases a trouser-press. The Gr?ner Baum, with its 100 years of history, is a hotel in which old and new, Swabian tradition and elegant modern luxury and combined to provide a high level od hospitality.
